Every aspect of my purchase from the test drive to completion of the sales transaction was handled efficiently and with utmost courtesy.

Yesterday my car was halfway into a parking spot and I couldn't move it ahead or back. I called the service department and Gary was so kind and helpful. He sent out a mechanic and he sorted it out immediately. Thank you so much.

Went in for a service appointment today. Nice waiting area, hot coffee, and quick service. Same experience when I went to sales for a car. I didn't feel pressured by the sales advisor. Everyone was polite and answered my many questions patiently. Went for multiple test drives to compare cars, and not once did I feel pressured. Took several weeks to make a decision and there was no pressure to make a deposit or go with a specific car that I didn't want.

I reserve posting these reviews for experiences that I genuinely think will be helpful for others in a similar situation, either for positive or negative reasons. In this case, I wanted to post this because my experience with Josh at Kelowna Subaru was so positive that I want others to know about it and feel like they can confidently request to meet with Josh if they are in the market for a Subaru. The lease on my Crosstrek was coming to its end date and I simply wanted to go in and explore my options. From the minute I sat down with Josh until I drove away in a new Outback, the experience was nothing but professional, courteous, informative and zero pressure. He took the time to walk me through a ton of information, didn't press me at any point to make a decision, gave me his honest opinion about a variety of financing questions and vehicle options, and genuinely made the experience awesome. Once we decided on the Outback and the deal was already done, he spent about 90 minutes teaching me every last detail about the car and told me I could reach out to him any time if I ever needed anything. This level of service just seems to be so rare these days that when you stumble across it, you want to spread the word. I want to share my experience from 6 months ago when I picked up my car. Kiley was fantastic—he was not pushy at all and answered all my questions promptly through email. Both the buying experience and the after-sales support were excellent! I just had my oil change done, and it was quick and hassle-free. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

My wife and I recently purchased a Forester form Kelowna Subaru and could not be happier with the customer service we received from start to finish. My wife bought a new Subaru Crosstrek from Kelowna Subaru and it was a fantastic, no pressure, no nonsense experience. We dealt with Kiley, and he was professional and not sketchy like some of the other dealerships that we checked out to compare cars and prices. There was no talk of price and then when you sit down to get to the details, suddenly the price changes drastically. My wife dealt with Kiley in person, over the phone and by email and he answered all of her questions that she had during the buying, trade in and ordering process. We were very happy with Kelowna Subaru and Kiley and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. My wife also traded in her old car, which she loved, and she received a fair price for it. Unfortunately, purchasing a car nowadays can be a very painful process, but everything was smooth and how a new car purchase should be at Kelowna Subaru.
